This mod swaps a bunch of the weapons and equipment around so you can use some innacessible stuff, this also works on servers, only YOU need the mod.
If you are only getting an M4 after closing the loadout menu, try choosing a secondary and long tactical and closing any of the drop down menus before closing the menu
